Responsibilities

Drive AI Innovation and Data Management: Identify GenAI and automation opportunities, lead ideation and pilot programs, develop business cases, and support data integration, dashboarding, and compliance tracking

Lead Projects and Solve Complex Problems: Lead functional teams on development projects, guide them through change, and independently or collaboratively solve complex problems by delivering end-to-end solutions, especially for lightweight applications and integrations

Bridge Business and Technology: Act as a citizen developer and business integrator, translating business challenges into technical requirements and actively participating in the full solution development lifecycle

Develop Automation and AI Tools: Create automation and AI-powered tools using both low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Smartsheet) and custom code when necessary

Design and Implement Enterprise Solutions: Design, build, and implement solutions using platforms like CTMS, RIMS, and eQMS, ensuring they meet business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field with 9+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience

Strong project management, change management, requirements gathering, business case drafting and technical execution skills

Practical implementation experience with GenAI, RPA, NLP and other AI technologies

Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, SQL, or JavaScript to enable rapid prototyping, data manipulation, and integrations

Familiarity with API integration, scripting, and data workflows

Preferred

Experience in the FDA-regulated diagnostics or medical device industry

Exposure to the Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar continuous improvement methodologies
