Responsibilities
Support capital formation as part of deal teams, including financial modeling and analytic tasks, leading and supporting processes around due diligence, and supporting negotiation of transaction documentation
Overcome issues and help drive execution for financial close
Build and maintain deep relationships across the company and externally
Collaborate with Fund Management to support fundings
Collaborate closely with functional teams across the company, including M&A, FP&A, project development, procurement, construction, and operations, on a variety of work streams originating in both Capital Markets and functional teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes
Be part of our open and positive culture
Maintain uncompromising business ethics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
3-6 years of experience working at a leading sponsor, investor/lender, or advisor in power/infrastructure/real estate
Transaction experience required
Expert in MS Excel
Ownership mentality; comfort with communicating ideas and opinions and taking initiative
Self-motivated to do high quality work
Avid learner
Preferred
Utility-scale renewable energy experience preferred
Tax equity or project finance debt experience preferred
VBA knowledge a plus
