Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base
Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
Address technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and facilitate customer relationships with Support
Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in delivering post-sales support and solutions
Ability to resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Electronic Support Services
Ability to facilitate customer relationships with Support
Ability to provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
