This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality customer service standards for Fleet operations and requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities
Perform quality control audits on Fleet mishap and hazard records to ensure data integrity and compliance
Support RMI-related taskers to enhance customer service delivery across Fleet operations
Interact regularly with Fleet personnel and internal teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting accuracy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Teams, and internet navigation
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong customer service skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Must fulfill Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and DoDI 5200.46 access requirements
