Responsibilities
Responsible for Laboratory Services’ Client Service team performance
Oversees and standardizes processes for all non-technical procedures in the laboratory
Reviews laboratory practices to identify and expand the Client Services team’s capabilities
Communicates directly with the Client Services team, ensuring cohesion and accountability for laboratory services provided to consumers
Designs and implements creative solutions for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining laboratory personnel
Ensures a safe environment for laboratory colleagues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Three (3) years of job-related experience (including phlebotomy and lead or supervisory experience)
Valid state driver license
Minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience
Provide a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment
Received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years
Zero (0) major violations in the past five (5) years
