Mid LevelChelsoft Solutions Co. is seeking a FileNet Administrator for a 6-month contract role. The primary responsibilities include system administration, maintenance, security implementation, technical support, documentation, and training of end-users on FileNet functionalities.
Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software and related components
Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, patch management, and performance tuning
Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues, working closely with IT and business teams
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes
Training: Train and support end-users on FileNet functionalities and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in IBM FileNet, Content Navigator, and related technologies
Knowledge of database management, scripting, and network protocols
System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software and related components
Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including backups, patch management, and performance tuning
Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies
