Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services
Experience in building and operating high-scale cloud infrastructure services
Ability to balance feature delivery with iteration and incremental improvement
Experience in developing and operating high quality software systems
Ability to lead and mentor other engineers
