Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices

Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture

Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations

Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability

Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards

Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team

Required

Robust technical engineering expertise

Technical leadership experience

Experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and development best practices

Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL

Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits

Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events

Hands on development experience with Java 17+, React, Micro services, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Kubernetes, Mongo DB, Document DB, Postgres SQL

Progressive experience coding and reviewing code – Java, SQL, Java Spring Boot, React

Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team

Ability to work with Business Team members and providing technical direction for solutions of requirements

Experience working in Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure)

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations

Regularly contribute as a hands-on senior developer in development, automation, testing, and environment management activities

Current knowledge of scripting and programming languages, various business applications, state of the art technology and current trends in the computer industry
