Responsibilities
Support sales team for proposal preparation
Takeover of new projects secured by Sales team and carry out tasks associated with Project Initiation
Maintain and follow check lists as per PEQ Execution Process flow Diagram
Maintain and reporting at regular intervals project schedule status and cost incurred
Proactive action on technical and commercial challenges. Proactive action on change management
Ensure utilization of document management system as applicable for the project
Travel for meetings at Vendor and Client location whenever needed
Qualification
Required
An Engineering graduate with at least 10 to 15 years of experience preferably in Project Management role in Equipment manufacturing or Fabrication Industry
Must have basic knowledge in Technologies of Refining, Petro-chemical and Syngas
Shall have good exposure in Project Management in aforesaid Technology
Understanding of contractual documents for scope of work and liability
Understating of commercial documents for Project Budgeting and controls
Must have basic knowledge on different types of material of construction, various manufacturing and local codes, instrumentation, piping and logistics
Must be capable of reviewing manufacturing drawings and provide inputs
Must be capable of aligning with customer and other project stake holders and perform in the best interest of the organization
Good communication skills with regards to writing and speaking in English
Preferred
Additional certifications or qualifications in Project Management will be an added advantage
