Responsibilities

Produce effective and engaging educational experiences for adult audience

Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and develop course content, assessments, and evaluations

Assess user needs and align course content and design accordingly

Apply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retention

Leverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completion

Train instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders in using learning technologies

Maintain projects and organize course documentation

Analyze, update, and refine existing training content

Stay current on best practices in instructional design, including researching and implementing new technologies and techniques

Qualification

Required

Advanced proficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc

Advanced proficiency in designing and delivering instructor-led training

Extensive experience administering training in a learning management systems (LMS). Experience with Cornerstone a plus

Strong digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, etc

Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex information visually

Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessments

Strong project management and organization skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field (master's preferred)

Experience producing and delivering training in corporate and/or manufacturing environments

Demonstrated ability to leverage diverse media formats

Experience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formats
