Perform the screening of Gynecologic and/or Non-Gynecologic cytological specimens, including fine needle aspirations, in order to achieve an accurate diagnosis
Process and stain all specimens received in the laboratory
Assist the ancillary departments of radiology and surgery with patient procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelors
Clinical Laboratory Technologist
ASCP Certified Cytotechnologist
Bachelor's degree in Science
Preferred
3 Years of cytotechnologist experience preferred
Proficiency in Gynecologic Cytology (SMH only)
