Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven applications leveraging large language models (LLMs), RAG, and Graph RAG

Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for improved knowledge retrieval and contextual reasoning

Build and maintain graph-based AI solutions, including multimodal graph architectures

Develop and integrate AI pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, Milvus, and other modern frameworks

Optimize performance, scalability, and accuracy of AI models and inference pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, to build end-to-end AI solutions

Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and AI-powered search and retrieval systems

Deploy and manage AI models in production, ensuring robustness and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field

3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs and knowledge retrieval systems

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Milvus, and other vector databases

Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and graph-based AI

Familiarity with multimodal AI architectures and their applications

Experience working with graph databases such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, or similar

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with distributed computing and cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, and NLP applications

Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications

Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices
