They are seeking a Senior Architect who will manage teams, coordinate with vendors, and oversee architectural assignments related to Mission Critical Facilities.

Responsibilities

Team management and coordination of architects and/or technicians on assigned work to ensure that the work is being coordinated between disciplines and tasks are completed on schedule

Act as the liaison between vendors, contractors, as well as the Operations team to meet deliverables and completion dates

Draft, write, and proofread full reports and specifications

Assist with project proposals, scope of work, schedules, and fees

Develop budget estimates

Prepare and/or supervise preparation of architectural plans and renderings, consult manufacturers, evaluate and select materials, and inspect architectural features of structures in the field
