Moxxi is a performance marketing start-up redefining the industry with innovative technology and a focus on results. As an Account Specialist, you'll manage advertiser relationships, optimize campaigns, and leverage data to drive performance improvements and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Execute and manage advertiser campaigns end-to-end, including technical setup (pixels, APIs, CRM flows) and optimization using internal tools
Leverage Moxxi’s analytics and attribution systems to surface insights that drive continuous performance improvements and internal yield maximization
Partner with internal teams to develop and run systematic tests — targeting, creative, device, and placement — to improve conversion, lead quality, and monetization efficiency
Develop reporting and alerting processes to proactively monitor campaign health, pacing, and KPI alignment. Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Synthesize performance data into actionable insights that inform scaling strategies and internal process improvements
Own operational management of multiple advertiser accounts with a focus on performance growth, retention efficiency, and media profitability
Apply advanced targeting logic, segmentation strategies, and bid/yield management to unlock incremental ROI and scale
Analyze trends across the advertiser portfolio to surface optimization opportunities, process gaps, or shared growth tactics
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, AdOps, Yield) to align advertiser demand with internal inventory strategy and platform capabilities
Build and maintain playbooks, performance dashboards, and test libraries to institutionalize knowledge and drive repeatable success
Qualification
Required
0–3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ad operations, or analytics-driven account management
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with fluency in performance metrics, attribution models, and campaign diagnostics
Comfort with technical implementation — pixels, API integrations, and lead delivery flows
Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for execution; you thrive in fast-moving, data-intensive environments
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive impact beyond your immediate scope
Preferred
Experience with marketing/ad tech platforms, CRM tools, and Excel or SQL
