Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
Define clear objectives, sales targets, and action plans to achieve revenue growth
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
Foster a high-performance culture and provide ongoing training and development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead initiatives to penetrate new markets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Monitor team activity levels
Regularly participate in joint calls with the team, both virtual and in person
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective sales operations
Develop targeted strategies and value propositions for different customer segments

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, with relevant work experience in a technical field
5+ years of sales experience
Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required
Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions, including marketing, supply chain, sales, business development, and operations
Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
Experience in managing P&Ls, budgets and financial reporting is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients, internal teams, stakeholders, and customers
Skilled in negotiations and conflict management, particularly at the client level
Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Previous experience in a B2B environment, a plus!
