Propulsion Engineer
Air National Guard Recruiting is a unique military branch that offers great careers with flexible full-time or part-time options. As an Aerospace Propulsion specialist, you will service, test, and repair engine components to ensure operational readiness and safety for Airmen.

Responsibilities
Detect and remove defective engine components
Diagnose engine issues, including oil, electrical and engine airflow systems
Diagnose and recommend appropriate maintenance actions
Supervise repair and test-run procedures
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
Knowledge of mechanical, hydromechanical, electrical and hydraulic principles
Completion of appropriate aerospace propulsion maintenance courses for specialty
Normal color vision
Completion of a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit
Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
