Responsibilities
Design and build production-ready assets in Figma for web pages, landing pages, and marketing emails
Create clean, scalable, and brand-aligned digital assets across web and email platforms
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams using tools like Notion and Slack
Work from a task board to manage multiple ongoing design projects
Support UX/UI needs by iterating on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Organize and maintain clean, structured Figma files and design systems
Proactively contribute to design discussions and provide input on improving design processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience designing in Figma in a professional setting
A strong background in email design and website/UX design
Experience designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands
Understanding of responsive design and UX principles
Excellent attention to detail, organizational habits, and visual design skills
Clear communication skills — especially when explaining design decisions or giving/receiving feedback
Comfort working US Eastern Time hours, with good overlap for meetings and collaboration
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using Air.inc, Dropbox, or similar file-sharing platforms
Comfort navigating tools like Notion or Slack for project management
