Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-up
Use a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishing
Support concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handling
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation to job site
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plus
Prior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required
