Responsibilities

Calculate returns using custodial statements
Reconcile returns with investment managers
Obtain client information from investment managers/recordkeepers
Generate portfolio characteristics
Verify dividends/capital changes
Interact with clients and consultants on report content
Check returns and analysis for content and reasonability
Respond to special requests
Obtain non-custodial information for mutual/commingled/real estate/private equity funds
Generate custom reports using various proprietary software programs

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Familiarity/interest in the institutional investment market
Self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting numerous deadlines
Able to thrive in an unstructured environment
Resourceful and have a great deal of patience
Strong desire to learn and drive to excel
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or related degree
0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in finance or the investment industry. New college graduates are encouraged to apply
