Entry, Mid, Senior LevelThe University of Oregon is seeking qualified applicants for its open research pool within the DESTNY Grant Management Unit. The positions are part-time or short-term contracts that involve conducting independent research, participating on research teams, and may require bilingual fluency and travel.

Responsibilities
Conduct independent research and participate on research teams
Conduct research under the direction of Research Associates and participate on research teams
Conduct research under the direction of a faculty member to acquire research training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related area
Terminal degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Administration or related area
Doctorate degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Administration or related area
Ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds and an interest in creating and maintaining a diverse learning and working environment
Excellent writing and communications skills
Demonstrated self-motivation and leadership capacity
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain overall program mission
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred
Some positions may require bilingual written and verbal fluency
Some positions may include overnight travel and/or extensive previous experience in a similar job role
