Lead and align cross-functional teams—including design, product development, marketing, operations, and sales—to bring safe, high-quality plush toys to market

Develop compelling product and brand strategies that resonate with modern parents, gift-givers, and specialty retailers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, licensors, and collaborators in the baby and children’s categories

Champion core company values of safety, sustainability, and emotional connection, ensuring they are embedded across all customer touchpoints

Foster a collaborative, design-driven culture that blends creativity with operational excellence

Stay current on industry trends, consumer insights, and evolving safety regulations specific to infant and toddler products
