Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System (QMS) for the DBPAO in alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards

Provide technical guidance on quality assurance, quality control, and process auditing for DBPAO operations and products

Conduct and document internal quality audits, assist with external audits, and provide corrective/preventive action plans as needed

Collaborate with program staff, scientific personnel, and leadership to embed quality assurance principles throughout product lifecycle and mission execution

Develop quality-related training materials and mentor staff on compliance and best practices
