Responsibilities
Accountable for compliance with all regulatory requirements, the GMM, Standard Operating Procedures of the Material Department, Safety Guidelines established by the company, and SOX404 as required
Accountable for inventory accuracy
Maintain close communication & coordination with coworkers, customers, vendors, and warehouse staff, etc
Record information on incoming/outgoing shipments, issues, credits of non-aircraft parts, supplies, hardware, etc
Must adhere to the company’s Shelf-Life Management Program
Respond to expedition of non-aircraft parts and materials
Must comply with all shipping, receiving, and store policies and procedures
Maintain a safe up-to-date vehicle driving record and license
Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate effective decision-making abilities
Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Basic computer skills
Able to lift and handle freight items
Good communication and coordination skills are required
Valid vehicle driver's license
