Responsibilities

Acting as a trusted advisor for multiple growing companies
Leading financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI development
Providing guidance on accounting processes, operational strategy, and transactions
Managing and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality client service
Delegating and reviewing work related to financial statements, tax returns, and advisory deliverables
Identifying challenges and delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions
Leading client engagements with ownership and accountability
Helping drive growth and profitability for both our clients and our firm

Required

CPA (required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting or advisory experience — industry, public, or both
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Desire to work in a collaborative environment with shared client ownership
A passion for helping business owners grow and succeed
