Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform variance analysis and support budget vs. actual tracking
Help maintain general ledger accuracy and perform account reconciliations
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather financial data
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives
Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for reporting purposes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance-related role
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting fundamentals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
