Ernest is a company dedicated to the success of its customers and employees in the packaging industry. They are seeking a Field Services Engineer who will be responsible for the care and service of equipment sold to clients, including installations, training, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with company sales reps and customers to provide equipment and machinery product knowledge expertise

Facilitate and oversee installations and start-ups of newly sold equipment

Provide warrantee service on equipment sold

Train EPS customers on the care and operation of equipment

Maintain, modify, and repair equipment

Ensure that billing for services is administered correctly when appropriate

Maintain files on all EPS customers who utilize equipment in their operations

Pass on information to management regarding customer needs and/or problems that are found while at billable service calls

Promote and sale of Preventative Maintenance Programs at all EPS customers who utilize equipment in their operations

Responsible for the ordering and inventory of necessary space and replacement parts for EPS customers who utilize equipment in their operations

Continually update and train on new lines of equipment that EPS, Inc. carries

Maintain Demo equipment, and keep inspection reports every time machinery comes in and goes out
