Responsibilities

Adjunct faculty teach a variety of day, evening and weekend classes

Responsibilities include teaching college level courses, which may include distance learning on and off campus courses during the day, evening and weekends

May be required to perform other duties as assigned

May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor

Masters in EngineeringInstructional technologyOnline course managementCollege level teachingDiversity awarenessEffective communication

Required

Masters in the field or Masters with 18 graduate credits in the field

The ability to use instructional technology is required

Preferred

Occupational experience in the field

Experience with Canvas or other online course management tools

College level teaching experience, online experience a plus

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written

The ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students
