Familiarity with controlled document management and version control systems
Knowledge of healthcare operations, terminology, and cross-department workflows
Understanding of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic dashboard reporting
Experience with electronic systems used for quality or healthcare administration (e.g., EMR, document control software, audit logs)
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
