Responsibilities

Analyze government and commercial customer requirements to determine compatibility with Relativity products

Manage engineering input required for regulatory compliance and develop deliverables necessary to demonstrate ability to test and launch safely

Manage mission assurance strategy and coordinate with engineering partner teams and other reliability functions to demonstrate compliance with customer requirements

Perform specialized analysis in support of verification activities; lead or participate in testing in support of requirement verification

Interact with customers to describe designs and their function, answer high-level customer technical questions

Required

An undergraduate degree in engineering or related field

5+ years of full-time experience with engineering problem solving in design, analysis, or test of systems

Knowledge of complex aerospace hardware and processes related to manufacturing, integration, testing or launch operations

Analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to rapidly resolve interdisciplinary issues

Preferred

Familiarity with NASA or USSF certification requirements and engineering standards

Excellent communication and organizational management skills and desire to attain customer satisfaction

Experience in at least one of the following disciplines: design engineering, mission assurance, mission management, launch and mission operations, verification and validation, systems integration, or project management
