Oversee daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers
Mentor and develop maintenance techniques and innovations
Work with outside vendors to ensure quality maintenance
Ensure all aspects of management are supported and community assets are preserved
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry
At least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
Deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments
Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster
Knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft Office and Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Yardi Voyager experience
College degree
