Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Escort patients to treatment rooms, help them get settled, and communicate basic visit instructions
Clean and prepare treatment rooms between patients, restock supplies, and ensure all spaces meet strict infection control standards
Collect, clean, sterilize, and properly store dental instruments using OSHA and CDC protocols
Monitor and document sterilization processes to maintain safety and compliance
Maintain neatness in common areas including the lobby, restrooms, and hallways
Assist with light office and hospitality tasks as needed
Communicate and coordinate with front desk, clinical, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Greeting and assisting patients, making them feel welcomed and cared for
Creating a positive, calming environment from the front door to the treatment room
Keeping patient areas and treatment rooms spotless, safe, and organized
Following precise sterilization protocols to protect patient health
Supporting clinical staff so they can deliver top-notch care
Multitasking and adapting to the needs of a busy practice
Being a reliable, collaborative team member
