Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with exams and procedures
Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
Prepare exam rooms and equipment
Clean kennels, treatment areas, and surgical suites
Monitor animals before and after surgery
Administer medications as directed
Perform clerical duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
Provide support to pet owners with empathy and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for long periods
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred
Prior experience working with animals
