Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues
Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other court filings
Represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings
Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas on high-stakes litigation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
Demonstrated experience in class action defense
Demonstrated experience in complex contract disputes
Demonstrated experience in business torts
Demonstrated experience in trade secrets
Demonstrated experience in unfair competition
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
