Account Executive (Inside Sales)
Lendz Financial is a cutting-edge B2B mortgage lender transforming how brokers and businesses access financing. They are seeking upcoming graduates and early-career professionals for their Internal Account Executive team, where individuals will gain hands-on experience in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business development.
Responsibilities
Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts (all leads provided by Lendz)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and long-term partnerships
Understand client goals and match them with our range of competitive financial products
Respond to broker questions and loan status inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain all client interactions in Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline growth
Distribute marketing materials and promote Lendz products to new and existing brokers
Monitor expiring rate locks and proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward
Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, every time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (recent graduates or candidates graduating by Summer 2026 welcome)
Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn - you bring the drive, we'll provide the tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, positive attitude and a client-first mindset
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Preferred
Prior sales, business development, or entrepreneurial experience a plus
