Responsibilities

Team Lead responsibility, oversees a work area or function, without the ability to hire, terminate, promote or evaluate another position

Performance of all quality control as specified and performs routine mammographic exams

Serves as department contact for various government agencies

Implementing all radiologist recommendations

Maintenance of records for all mammographers

Maintenance of mammographic supplies and equipment

Patient scheduling/patient flow

Prepare daily work schedule. Performance of evaluations

Orientation and training of staff

Oversees Women’s Health patient flow and addresses patient/staff questions on a daily basis

Works to obtain all images for ACR accreditations for Mammography/Stereotactic images

Qualification

Mammography trainingQuality control experienceARRT RegisteredActive Illinois LicenseCertification in Mammography

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Graduate from an approved School of Radiology

Mammography trainings

Quality control experience in imaging

ARRT Registered

Active Illinois License

Certification in Mammography
