Responsibilities
Conduct the design development, implementation, and technical analysis of various systems to implement new products, or changes to an existing scheme, to suit individual client needs
Work on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet client, contractual and company requirements
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and act immediately to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Recognize technical discrepancies in analytical results, and make appropriate corrections
Identify, develop, and gather technical resources necessary to complete assignments
Complete field assignments when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience is required
Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the respective engineering field as well as proven ability to practically apply it in a professional environment
Proficiency with PLS-Suite and Microsoft Office software required
Understands QA/QC procedures
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staff
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
Proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software preferred (AutoCAD, MicroStation, BlueBeam, FAD, LPile, etc.)
Participation in a professional engineering society/organization is preferred
