Responsibilities
Conducts the design development, implementation, and technical analysis of various systems to implement new products, or changes to an existing scheme, to suit individual client needs
Works on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet client, contractual and company requirements
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and acts immediately to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Recognizes technical discrepancies in analytical results, and makes appropriate corrections
Identifies, develops, and gathers technical resources necessary to complete assignments
Completes field assignments when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience
Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the respective engineering field as well as proven ability to practically apply it in a professional environment
Proficiency with PLS-Suite and Microsoft Office software
Understands QA/QC procedures
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staff
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, BlueBeam, FAD, LPile, etc.)
Participation in a professional engineering society/organization
