Manage calendars, emails, CRM systems (like Compass), and team communication
Support real estate transactions and preparing key documents
Maintain accurate client data and tracking birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones
Run reports (like CMAs) and assisting with post-sale follow-up
Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media graphics) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news
Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
Keep websites and online listings up to date
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate support, admin, or digital marketing
Confidence using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
Comfort with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe
Clear and professional communication skills
Self-managed, tech-savvy, and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Strong sense of branding, visual design, and creative writing
