The role involves teaching practical finance and FP&A concepts, mentoring participants, and completing training programs to enhance instructional skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, real-world FP&A training to clients including:
Undergraduate and MBA programs
Corporate finance teams
Financial institutions
Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program within 4–6 weeks of onboarding
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to participants, providing clear explanations, relevant examples, and hands-on practice

Qualification

FP&A experienceFinancial modelingAdvanced Excel skillsBudgetingForecastingData visualization toolsTeaching passionMentoring others

Required

3–5 years of FP&A experience at a financial institution or Fortune 500 company
Strong passion for teaching and mentoring others
Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills
Willing to conduct at least 10 training days per year (weekdays and weekends)
Open to domestic and international travel

Preferred

2–3 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
MBA from a top business school
Familiarity with FP&A and data visualization tools such as: Adaptive Insights, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
