They are seeking a PRN Medication Certified Tech to assist residents with daily tasks and the administration of medications under supervision. The role focuses on providing the best care possible to residents while ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising

Gives treatments, perform tests, carry-out procedures and collect specimens as instructed

Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated

Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed

Answers signal lights promptly

Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly

Safely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppository drugs

Checks and prepares each dose immediately preceding administration

Good mental and physical health, sound judgment, and high moral standards

Ability to work with individuals who may be ill, elderly, or emotionally upset

High School Diploma or equivalent
