SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, Payroll Emphasis
AspireHR is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in SAP SuccessFactors implementations with a strong emphasis on Payroll. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering complex HCM projects while ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Work directly with our clients to oversee large-scale implementations
Maintain timelines, implementation milestones, scope and deliverables for multiple projects
Budgeting, communicating statuses with clients and communication plans
Serve as the primary liaison between the client, project team and AspireHR
Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source
Lead an internal project team, monitor team tasks and progress based on agreed timelines
Monitor all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained
Monitor progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
5+ years of Project Management experience (that doesn't mind serving as a program lead in conjunction with third – party vendors)
Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
Experience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographies
Dynamic project leader and team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goals
Ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision
Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong analytical and persuasive skills
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Ability to cope with multi-tasking, working independently and as a team
Must be a team player; always working towards win/win relationships, with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines
Self-guided person able to work in a changing environment
Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
Willing to travel and work within customer workplaces (pre-planned)
Preferred
Experience with projects in the SuccessFactors SaaS space preferred
Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in 1 or more talent modules, in addition to Employee Central Payroll. Employee Central preferred
At least 3 years hands-on experience being a Project Manager on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations
Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
