Responsible for the implementation, oversight, and management of all aspects of the Quality Control program

Includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation, physical inspection phase of the workflow process

Working with other in-house personnel to produce and document quality product

Required

Must be actively enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or other related undergraduate program at an accredited university

General knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals

Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency

Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own or in a team environment

Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate

Preferred

Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work is a plus

Successful internships or construction experience on projects of at least $5 million (design-build preferred) is a plus
