Responsibilities

Own Core Initiatives: Lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end across the business–including account and lead scoring models, forecasting, churn prediction, and product analytics
Lead causal inference analyses to understand and influence key levers of business growth with clear understanding of incremental impact
Design, implement, and analyze experiments and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives in product and marketing
Develop predictive models and methodologies to uncover growth opportunities
Stand Up the Function: Define best practices for modeling, monitoring, governance, and experimentation. Build foundational infrastructure that scales as we grow the team and surface area
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering to understand trends and make data-driven decisions, recommendations and forecasts

Qualification

Data science experiencePython / RSQLPredictive modelingCausal inferenceExperimentationModern data stack toolsStartup experienceCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of data science experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms
M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Expertise with Python / R and SQL
Proficiency in experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling
Experience with modern data stack tools (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Census, or equivalents) and visualization tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience navigating dynamic startup environments, managing multiple priorities, and driving measurable outcomes
