Responsibilities
Stand Up the Foundation: Architect and build core data pipelines, models, and infrastructure across the business, including analytics, machine learning, and operational use cases
Build for Scale: Design modular, extensible systems that scale with the business
Monitor & Maintain: Own the reliability and performance of critical pipelines. Establish alerting, testing, and documentation practices to support system stability
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Analytics, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to translate ambiguous needs into scalable data solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of data engineering experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
Experience building data models and pipelines on top of large datasets from the ground up, preferably including sales and marketing data
Expertise with SQL and Python
Experience with modern data stack tools (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Census, or equivalents)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across GTM, product, and engineering
Experience navigating dynamic startup environments, managing multiple priorities, and driving measurable outcomes
