Responsibilities

Plan production for commercial facilities within multiple industries utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software

Complete preliminary calculations to support design decisions within HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and water supply systems

Coordinate of design elements with other in-house disciplines, including architecture, structures, site civil, and landscape design

Required

BSCE from an ABET-accredited college of university, or equivalent experience

Experience performing technical projects production

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, energy modeling, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and fire suppression design

Proficiency using computer software and programs such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Practical familiarity with ICC, NEC, and NFPA building codes and LEED building standards

Preferred

Candidates should have a desire to learn all aspects of MEP engineering, if not already exposed to all of the elements above
