Responsibilities

Receive daily shipments

Prepare and process daily store transfers

Manage store inventory and maintain accuracy

Facilitate proper RMA Identification

Enter purchase orders

Fulfill E-Commerce orders

Process returns from other Fleet Feet stores, E-Commerce orders/returns, and defective product

Monitor and manage special orders and holds

Facilitate staff Quarter Shoe distribution and records

Assist customers on the sales floor as needed

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities and functions

Communicate professionally with customers and team

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Able to lift and move inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs)
