Responsibilities
Leading and supporting engineering projects by partnering with plant teams and vendors to troubleshoot real-time issues and implement reliability-driven improvements
Providing technical support during outages and across commissioning phases
Managing gas generation projects from start to finish—scope, procurement, execution, and closeout
Leading or contributing to RFPs, bid reviews, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred -OR- equivalent O&M experience along with project management experience
Familiarity with performance tools like PI System (OSIsoft) and plant control systems (e.g., DCS)
Proven track record managing projects
Solid understanding of project management process flow—scope, contracts, procurement, execution, and closeout
