The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards

Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, pay applications, and cost reporting

Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with Superintendents and subcontractors; communicate updates to all stakeholders

Track project budgets, forecast costs, and address financial issues promptly to maintain profitability

Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, from buyout through project closeout, including dispute resolution when necessary

Monitor project risks and implement solutions to overcome constructability challenges and delays

Ensure compliance with PARIC and OSHA safety standards, driving a culture of zero incidents on all projects

Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing project team culture
