Responsibilities
Conduct all-source analytic production from open sources (media, social media, commercial data, government publications, academic journals, etc.)
Analyze foreign and domestic open-source content to identify trends, relationships, or indicators of interest
Develop assessments, reports, and briefings in support of defense intelligence requirements
Fuse OSINT with classified information to support comprehensive all-source intelligence products
Collaborate with collections teams and mission partners to guide open-source targeting and data acquisition strategies
Monitor developing issues worldwide and provide early warning analysis
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree + 12 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree + 17 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting open-source intelligence in a military or intelligence setting
Understanding of OSINT methodologies, collection techniques, and relevant tools
Proficiency with OSINT platforms and research tools (e.g., Babel X, DataWalk, Maltego, Media Sonar, etc.)
Familiarity with social media exploitation, foreign language source monitoring, and geospatial referencing
Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear, actionable intelligence
Ability to work independently or in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred
Foreign language proficiency or regional expertise (especially in high-priority AORs)
Previous support to Special Operations Forces (SOF), Joint Task Forces, or federal agencies
Familiarity with emerging OSINT technologies, AI-enhanced tools, or cross-domain data fusion
Experience contributing to collection management or targeting strategies
