As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining key features of the product while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core product features using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB, while ensuring the quality and performance of the codebase

Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to understand requirements and help design solutions that meet business and technical needs

Write clean, maintainable code, adhering to industry best practices, and ensuring scalability and performance as you implement new features

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, from fixing bugs to optimizing system performance, contributing to the overall health of the platform

Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers and continuously improving the quality of the codebase

Continuously learn and grow, expanding your skills and expertise while taking on more complex tasks and contributing to team-wide initiatives

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents during on-call rotations, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to teammates and ask questions to clarify product requirements
